This
dish city Milano comes named after the from Italian. A milanesa consists of a thin slice of
beef or chicken breast dipped into beaten eggs, seasoned with salt, and
other condiments according to the cook's taste (like parsley and garlic). Then it is slathered in bread crumbs (or occasionally flour) and shallow-fried in oil, one at a time. Some people
prefer to use very little oil and either fried or baked.
You
also can order a large appetites with
complete, ham, cheese and tomato sauce. It is best served with French fries and
a token salad.
5.Provoleta
This
dish is known as “Argentine pulled-curd
Provolone cheese”.
Made from cow’s milk , it seems to be a classic starter to Argentinian asado,

This
